  • Facilitate and manage interfaces between internal teams, external advisors, subject matter experts (SMEs), the private partner, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment, quality of outputs, and effective integration across workstreams.
  • Manage, coordinate, and monitor project activities, deliverables, schedules, risks, and stakeholder interfaces to support effective program delivery and cross-functional alignment.
  • Prepare clear briefing notes, executive presentations, and commercial and analytical materials to support corporate priorities, governance activities, and project delivery.

The requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, public policy, transportation, engineering, or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in integrated business planning, commercial strategy or management consulting, ideally in infrastructure or transportation environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to synthesize complex technical, operational and commercial information into practical recommendations and presentations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex analysis and prepare clear presentations, briefing materials, and decision-ready recommendations.
  • Strong project management skills and proven ability to operate in complex, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder project environments involving external advisors, consultants, private-sector partners, and public-sector stakeholders.
  • Experience in areas such as the development of commercial frameworks for transportation or infrastructure operators, including fare strategy, ancillary revenue opportunities, and associated contractual obligations, would be considered a strong asset.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally between Toronto and Montréal.
