The role
Alto is seeking an experienced Functional Analyst, SAP to support, enhance, and evolve its SAP ecosystem. This role is suited to a professional with functional expertise in either SAP Finance or SAP SuccessFactors, and a strong interest in expanding their knowledge across additional SAP solutions as Alto continues to grow its digital capabilities.
The responsibilities
- Provide functional support for SAP solutions within scope, including issue resolution, troubleshooting, and end-user assistance.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and identify opportunities for system improvement.
- Support the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of enhancements, integrations, and change requests.
- Support and maintain Alto’s existing SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and Merit.
- Bring functional expertise in either SAP Finance or SAP SuccessFactors while building capability across additional SAP products.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, test scenarios, and user support materials related to system changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver stable, scalable, and effective SAP solutions.
The requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years SAP experience as a Functional Analyst within an SAP environment.
- Functional experience in either SAP Finance or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Demonstrated interest in learning, supporting, and expanding knowledge across additional SAP products implemented at Alto.
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Assets
- Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and Merit.
- Exposure to or interest in additional SAP solutions such as Contract Lifecycle Management, Asset Management, Ariba, or SuccessFactors Learning Management System.
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment with evolving business and technology needs.
