The role

 

We are seeking an Advisor, Community and Corporate Partnerships to join our Brand Management and Market Intelligence team. The successful candidate will contribute to the implementation and monitoring of Alto’s community and corporate partnership initiatives, as well as membership programs, while supporting the application of the policies and processes that govern them.

 

Reporting to the Manager, Community and Corporate Partnerships, the Advisor will support the evaluation of partnership opportunities, coordinate agreements, track deliverables, and maintain strong relationships with partners, organizations, and associations. They will work closely with internal teams to ensure initiatives align with Alto’s business priorities, brand objectives, and commitments.

 

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive professional with strong relationship-building and analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives in a collaborative and evolving environment.

 

The responsibilities

 

Analysis and Advisory Support

 

  • Contribute to the implementation of Alto’s community and corporate partnership and membership strategy in alignment with organizational priorities;
  • Participate in the development, maintenance, and application of policies, processes, and tools governing partnerships and memberships;
  • Analyze requests, opportunities, and proposals, and provide recommendations to management;
  • Monitor industry trends and identify partnership opportunities relevant to Alto.

 

Partnership and Membership Management

 

  • Support the administration and coordination of partnerships and memberships, from initial engagement through the delivery of agreed-upon commitments and benefits;
  • Participate in the evaluation of community and corporate partnership requests in accordance with established assessment processes;
  • Assist in the preparation of partnership agreements and coordinate their implementation with internal stakeholders;
  • Ensure contractual commitments, timelines, visibility requirements, and deliverables are fulfilled;
  • Identify representation, networking, and collaboration opportunities arising from memberships and facilitate their use by internal teams;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, organizations, and associations.

 

Coordination, Monitoring and Collaboration

 

  • Collaborate with Communications, Marketing, and Community Relations teams to promote and activate partnerships through appropriate channels;
  • Coordinate visibility initiatives and ensure alignment with Alto’s brand identity and agreed-upon objectives;
  • Evaluate partnership outcomes and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement;
  • Manage the administrative and budgetary monitoring of partnerships and memberships in accordance with established parameters;
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and accountability documents for management.

 

The requirements    

 

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field;
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in partnership management, membership management, or stakeholder relations, preferably within a corporate environment or a large organization;
  • Experience evaluating partnership opportunities, negotiating agreements, and managing relationships with external partners;
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong analytical, project management, and budget management capabilities;
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and formulate clear recommendations;
  • Demonstrated autonomy, attention to detail, sound judgment, organizational skills, collaborative mindset, and results orientation;
  • Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written, considered an asset;
  • Knowledge of corporate social responsibility principles, governance practices, and impact measurement is considered an asset.
